Pros
Great benefit package and 401k matching. Nice casual atmosphere with good modern working environment.
Cons
HORRIBLE upper management group. They gossip with each other like a bunch of little school girls on the playground. You would think there would be a lot more maturity among a group of individuals that run a company of this caliber. Huge pay disparity between the men and the women within the company. If you are a woman, ask for more; you're not going to get it, but at least you can say you tried!
