      caring people, easy to give your all for. loved my boss and loved everyone.

      Pros

      Constant work and good fellow workers.

      Cons

      Inferior products used and no interest in new or innovative technologies. Have to use own vehicle and tools with little to no compensation or reimbursement, which pushes some installers to cut corners. Zero training while willing to hire the novice or inexperienced.
