eam culture is genuinely 10/10 and off the charts, easily the best I've experienced. The work is highly engaging and I'm learning a vast amount in the realm of autonomous QA, working alongside very high-level engineers who raise the bar every day. There's loads of exposure across all aspects of the business, so you're never boxed into one lane. Oh, and the unlimited supply of chocolate milk and Red Bull doesn't hurt either.

Honestly very little to fault so far. The pace can be fast given how much ground there is to cover across the business, but that's part of what makes it a great place to learn.

The culture is one of autonomy and trust. The team hire great people and let them do their thing. The company values velocity, judgement, and ownership, and genuinely lives to these values. A lot of businesses say they are high-growth but don't evidence that with action, not Duku. Everyone here is here to build something generational and does what it takes to get that done. The important thing is, they do that without sacrificing empathy or integrity; a great environment for those who want to accelerate their career. Lots of opportunity to get things done and infinite opportunity to grow into.

This environment is intense. Duku is trying to do in a week what most companies do in a quarter. If you are optimising for being told what to do, or doing the bare minimum. This isn't for you.
