      This is a union position and is usually safe from layoffs. Overall Duke is a good company and this position will give you a great way to network and advance to other positions in other departments.

      Cons

      Cap out on pay in 3 years and growth in WMS is limited- take as many classes offered! Can be stuck in a toxic team.
