Thank you for stopping by. We are glad you think our health benefits and PTO are "pros" - we think so too! Traveling is a nice way to see other parts of the region or country! While we may not be able to offer "top dollar", we do our best to provide market appropriate pay for our company size, industry, and revenue, and do our best to offer great benefits such as up to 4 weeks of PTO annually plus 10 days of PTO for field crews, and more! Pros

Work is simple and not too hard if you're fit. Employees on the ground are likeable and good to work with.

Cons

Unsanitary work and equipment, including the vehicles. Vehicles and shop are barely kept secure, and there often isn't enough equipment to go around. Upper management makes surprise, week long visits and interrupts the flow of work and the good vibes of the crew. Will needlessly fly you out to the home office for training that coulda been done in a day over Zoom. Communication between departments is awful. Nobody knows when stuff is happening or why. Trying to contact anyone above you is a gamble if they'll even answer the phone or return your messages. Will fire you right after you get off work without any specified reason.
