      beautiful campus, gardens are nice -- especially with the cherry blossom

      some bureaucracy, good PIs exist, but you have to look for them, pay attention to circling 'rumors' (they aren't) among students.......

      - Great benefits - Beautiful campus - School spirit and pride in the university amongst staff, faculty, and students

      Cons

      It depends on what area or department you work in. I worked at the Health Policy Center on the Education Team within Duke University and it was not a good environment to work in at all. Being at Duke is what made is better but within the health policy center, there were a lot of biases and politics that made is extremely challenging to be happy there.
