      Pay not always commensurate with market as it is a not-for-profit. Work/life balance is a challenge on the School of Medicine, setting boundaries is a must

      - Workload could be high depend on PIs - Job is not necessarily secured (could be let go in 3 months or a year if not compatible with the lab)
