      Often had to stay past 5, hustle work culture, DEI initiatives feel meaningless and only protect Duke. Pay was not enough for what I did. Laid off because of the budget cuts during the Trump administration.

      This is a great experience and my team was excited to work with undergrads. I learned a lot and participated in stand up meetings.

      Cons

      It really varies based on your team and how much experience you are able to contribute. Sometimes the teams don't have a clear role for you or there's a lack of communication.
