This is a hourly job mostly filled by students. The pay rate could be higher but it's reasonable.

Provides decent experience for those interested in refinery plants.

Terrible communication, long hours, arrogant boss, expect to work every weekend. Won't give you some of the time off that you request, even if you physically cannot be present, they expect you to figure it out.
