It’s a job. Collecting a paycheck.
Cons
Took over the facility and cut everything to the bear bone. Especially support staff. No one to empty garbage or clean. Everything has to go through the main administrative office for approval. Takes forever, and they aren’t aware of the individual issues in the outlying facilities.
