      Great health insurance options, flexible work from home options depending on the department you work in. Yearly merit salary increases have been consistent.

      Cons

      If working on main hospital in Durham employees have to pay for parking. Promotions/ opportunities for are not supported fully for staff currently employed, often they look outside.

      Pros

      Pay is good for an administration job that is patient facing. They have good heath insurance options. They are willing to train people thathave not used their systems.

      Cons

      No paid holidays, you have to use your PTO bank. They changed to a time management system that is unforgiving. You know have to have PTO in your bank to even ask for PTO. No negitive PTO option. They have a point system for calling out and being tardy. That stays on your file for 13 month with no way to lose the point. Implementing a self service system that questions jobs security.
