Innovation and Technology: The company is at the forefront of technological advancements in its industry. Employees have access to cutting-edge tools and resources.

Cons

Disconnect with Local Culture: Despite being headquartered in Switzerland, the company operates more like a global entity with minimal integration of Swiss culture and business practices. This can make it challenging for locals to feel a sense of belonging. Frequent Restructuring: The organization goes through frequent changes and restructuring, which can create uncertainty and affect job stability. Bureaucracy: As with many large corporations, there are multiple layers of bureaucracy that can slow down decision-making and innovation. Pros

READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS, THEY ARE TRUE. Leaving for the day, getting paid, and wonderful co-workers (NOT MANAGEMENT).

Cons

EVERYTHING ELSE AND MANAGEMENT. This company preys on your desperation. Quick to hire and quick to fire people. Getting there and leaving is a hassle. Entitlement and superiority complex between management and employees, especially since many have recently immigrated, work other jobs, or are bettering themselves in university. Pay is minimal, no set schedule that’s also given the day before the work week, hours are reduced, shifts can be less than 10 hours apart, your life revolves around them. Work life balance is only lip service to gaslight you to think they care…they don’t. They are set in their ways.
