Pros

I first started about 7 years ago. Dudek HAD a lax atmosphere, people were friendly and empathetic. You used to get a Holiday gift and Thanksgiving Turkeys. Progressive work ethic. I thought I landed the perfect job....

Cons

Joe Monaco today emailed us all that Dudek is a company of compassion. That is was true several years ago. Dudek over the last 2 or so years, fired beloved Vice Presidents and Chief Executives, to be replaced by ultra-conservative corporate cronies that have no regard for Dudek's original values of Work\Life balance. Thoughts, ideas, suggestions for improvement, and concerns expressed to upper management are dismissed. You have no voice in this company. If you're a salary worker, expect to work bare minimum 50 hours a week because of upper management like the Board or the new Chief Executives. Insult to injury, Dudek got so cheap they don't even give out Thanksgiving Turkeys anymore.

Pros

Working outdoors and year end bonus after an extra quarter into the next year

Cons

Rude/disrespectful, expected to work weekends and use your own car because they tell you that you will have access to fleet vehicles when you are hired but there is actually only one and it’s always reserved by someone else and they expect you to take time away from your own life to hang out with “office friends” and you are to put your own wellbeing and safety in the back burner so that they can reach unrealistic expectations so that your boss can get a fat bonus and you can get all your time burned up
