Pros

Not micro-managed. Always new and interesting projects to work on and new technologies to learn. With new projects always beginning and ending the job stays fresh with new opportunities and challenges. Management is really good about finding new opportunities for you but not micromanaging the day to day minutia.

Cons

If you like a lot of hand holding and micro-managing it might not be for you. But really I don't have any cons. It's been a great company to work for.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out. You have identified two of the core characteristics of a Dudekian: empowered and accountable. People here thrive when we seek out new opportunities to learn and grow and challenge our approaches and tools. When we push for stronger results for our clients, and we feel supported, we can be accountable for our learning processes and our successes. We reward that accountability through ownership, compensation, and a culture of entrepreneurialism. Thanks for your attitude and approach. It’s great to have you on the team!

Pros

Working outdoors and year end bonus after an extra quarter into the next year

Cons

Rude/disrespectful, expected to work weekends and use your own car because they tell you that you will have access to fleet vehicles when you are hired but there is actually only one and it’s always reserved by someone else and they expect you to take time away from your own life to hang out with “office friends” and you are to put your own wellbeing and safety in the back burner so that they can reach unrealistic expectations so that your boss can get a fat bonus and you can get all your time burned up
