Dudek's trust-based culture, profit sharing program, flat structure, great colleagues, wide range of project opportunities, and great management team make the company very unique in the industry. The people at Dudek are hard working and committed to doing great work for their clients. The company invests in the tools and resources that employees need to get their work done.

Cons

So far, so good, but to keep up with the company's growth, the organizational structure will need to continue evolving.

Pros

Working outdoors and year end bonus after an extra quarter into the next year

Cons

Rude/disrespectful, expected to work weekends and use your own car because they tell you that you will have access to fleet vehicles when you are hired but there is actually only one and it’s always reserved by someone else and they expect you to take time away from your own life to hang out with “office friends” and you are to put your own wellbeing and safety in the back burner so that they can reach unrealistic expectations so that your boss can get a fat bonus and you can get all your time burned up
