Great employee benefits. They'll pay for your health insurance and heavily subsidize the cost of insuring family members. They'll give you an HRA to even further reduce your medical costs. They'll match your 401K generously. They'll increase your weeks of vacation time the longer you are with the company. They'll give you ESOP shares every year. They'll give you generous bonuses twice annually (tied to company profitably, but they are ALWAYS highly profitable). Pay is amazing. They pay everyone, even support staff working in traditionally low-paying roles, well above industry standards. Employees are friendly and professional. Most folks are a bit older and further along in their careers, but the company has been recently bringing in a bit of new blood (smart twenty-somethings) that are refreshing and fun to work with. CEO, VP, CFO, etc. are all warm, wonderful, friendly people who you can chat and laugh with. No pretensions here. Upper management are all-stars who work hard and lead through example. They truly care about all of their employees and show that on a daily basis. Encinitas office is right on the beach. One of the most beautiful locations I have ever worked in. If you get a position at this company, it is like winning the lottery. Take it. It is one of the best career moves you will ever make.
