Pros
- The tasks can be interesting sometimes
- The job description and concept
- It being remote
Cons
-They have no true compassion for their employees. It's about what you can do to meet their exact expectations, which are absurd and not logical.
- They contradict everything one week to the next. Meaning one week it's focus on quality and the next worry about your productivity. If you can push out 6-8 high quality 5 star rated tasks you will be looked down on.
- They give negative feedback and little to no positive feedback to most employees.
-Communication is dogshit- people move around to random positions without reason and will have at some times worse work but better relations therefore pushing them forward.
- There are tons of family and other family working here that can do everything wrong and get away with it.
- There are no employee reviews and pay raise systems in place. What you get at start is all you'll have until you move up, which you won't. They will give you more responsibility if you make it and get no pay but have the expectations of doing said work with your own work.
- They not only micromanage employees they now do so to clients by forcing reviews, which is upsetting the clients.
- This place is not going to last and if it does it's like working for a dictatorship that has no future path. Just burn outs, confidence killing and surrounding yourself with narcissistic people that prey on empathetic perfectionists that they deem as "copilots".
- All pros listed are killed by there lack of understanding that people need positive reinforcement to have good morale within a company alongside the need for realistic goals to obtain.
