Usually pretty quiet office overall.

Pay for amount of work expected, ridiculous procedures and processes that don't match with what they expect from you, expected to do more than one job but only paid for one role. Condescending bosses. Company believes the revolving door of people isn't a reflection of them, but is just people changing in life.

Team was very strong and helpful.

Design team was comparatively smaller than the other teams.
