Team Lead Experience/First Sales Job - Team Leader DucMeta Employee Review

This is my first sales job and I started in February as a sales rep and got promoted to Team Leader in May. What I love is that there’s no seniority bias, promotions are strictly performanced base, the job help developed my communication skills, and relationship building to whole another level and it’s the best place to learn the basic fundamentals of sales and everyone is always willing to teach and share from each other. It’s a fun environment with a culture focused on development. And once I got promoted to team leader, we get to learn how to manage our own team and develop our leadership skills.
