Pros

I find that this place has a product that be great. Who doesn't like cash back, right? Anyways there is now health benefits, paid time off. OK work environment.

Cons

Lack of advancement really hinders success here. The upper management is comprised of key executives who either left companies to go to failed companies, or just simply Yes Men to the president. Really, I've never seen so many executives for a small business in my life. And yes, It's a small business when you lose millions and never gain millions...actually that's just plain weird. Lots of gossip from certain departments, but to be fair the company's lack of direction is so bad, its like a funny story (so I suppose gossip is a way to keep going on)

Pros

A couple of cool/smart people but they weren't around much. The only other pro is that there are too many cons to spell them all out in this small space

Cons

Everything....there is nothing good to say about anything at. Pay is pathetic if or when they do pay, management is a revolving door, one is worse then the next, CEO doesn't know how to run a company, only to motivate an mlm scam. Guy changes the strategy every year with the latest tarnished name, and swear it will be bigger than Amazon, when all attention is paid to the MLM. It's like a bad episode of groundhogs day or the definition of insanity - doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. No one focused on anything but the mlm and he had no control over the mlm. Nothing he ever said actually happened, ever. Made big promises that never came true. People work hard and drank the Kool Ajd and got nothing in return. The only people who were ever rewarded were those who did the worst jobs who they paid to leave. They recruited some of the most incompetent, unqualified people and gave them salaries that undermined people who had worked hard for years.
