Progressive approach to new technology, great place to learn and gain experience. Technicians and other staff were a great team to work with.
Cons
No benefit package - small pay stipend instead. Constant management pressure - faster, faster, faster. Often treated with rudeness and contempt by the boss. Small operation - no real room for growth.
