Pros
Good place to work at if you're just starting out. The technology actually works. Opportunities for cross-collaboration.
Cons
Lack of clear vision and strategy, with reorg after reorg as a result. Layoffs without substantial justification. People with great performance track-record disappear and no one talks about it. The leadership is too concentrated and credit only goes to the ones with a science-based background. No room to grow, even though they will tell you that there is. Unfortunately, the culture has turned very toxic with more than half the company wanting out.
