Erratic management.
Mismanagement.
Senior staff keeping people in the dark.
Favoritism.
They just laid off 40% of the company due to management failing to accommodate for Google delaying cookies... again... even though they claim to be the best data science company in programmatic... they didn't see that Google would do the same thing they did three times before? And it cost good people, some with 10+ years of tenure, their jobs? Even with that aside, managers micromanage, if you're not a "company person" installed by the board, or working with the board, you're not useful. After the last round of layoffs they kept a skeleton crew to keep the ship afloat while they try and find a buyer to sell the company for parts to make good on the board's investment (won't work).
