Pros
Few friends I made but most of them are not even there anymore you see new faces almost every week it's that bad!
Cons
So funny how the positive reviews are from the corporate or the management! The Stylists are the ones making you money! Without them this company is nothing! Where do I start? -No scheduled breaks, they make you sign a waiver at hiring process to give up your break on a six hour shift, they are constantly overbooked and understaffed, turnover is very high! Like all the other staff said it's a blow dry sweat shop! Do not waste your hard earned cosmetology license by working here! -The management tolerates clients who are rude to stylists/bartenders! What's worse? They complain, you get a bad rating on that stupid "rate your blowout" and they give free blowout to that client, a lot of people are trying to get freebies! Retail stores and restaurants kicks out and even ban bad customers, why do drybar do the opposite? because all they care about is the money. Oh and those reviews that is being responded by the "Owner" on Yelp? only idiots would think it's the owner responding. Nobody is tarnishing this company's image but the company itself. Why don't you spend a day as a Stylist in one of the shops?
