      Free blowouts, flexible dress code and very diverse work environemnt

      Low pay, really high expectations and pressure, extremely demanding clientele and lack of management support when needed.

      Pros

      Good experience to be in the beauty industry if you don't do hair, Good way to network with the community as well

      Cons

      A little disorganized at time, I think the corporate policies were also a little too script sometimes whnen it came to the way clients had to be charged
