Reaching out to HR and Payroll will get you ignored. They will, in turn, reach out to management instead of speaking to the person reaching out to them. The same lack of communication is also within your salon. You're constantly asking questions and sending emails that never receive answers, getting berated by miserable customers who don't know what they want so of course they can't explain what they don't know. They act as though you've chopped off all of their hair and bleached it to a crisp all over a blowout. The pay is trash and tips can go either way. If you do get tipped, most of the time your tips are added via card since the store is cashless. Not worth the headache or hassle.
