Pros
It's great if you're fresh out of cosmetology school and have no clientele. You can move up in the company with hard work. They're all over the country so transferring isn't a problem.
Cons
They work you like it's a sweat shop. Unless you're management hours are not guaranteed. They force you to sign a contract giving up your break, so on busy days you're exaughsted. If you are promoted your life is pretty much signed over to this company, you have no life outside of Drybar. They don't care about the stylist turnover, because as soon as you quit 5 more are hired to replace you. So if you apply do not plan to make this place your full time job.
