      Employees were able to get free blowouts

      - Management didn't support the front desk when assistance was needed - Sometimes hairstylists wouldn't show up, or would show up late causing chaos for the bartender and rest of salon;

      Pros

      Good experience to be in the beauty industry if you don't do hair, Good way to network with the community as well

      Cons

      A little disorganized at time, I think the corporate policies were also a little too script sometimes whnen it came to the way clients had to be charged
