Pros

No pros to discuss. Pathetic work environment.

Cons

It was a good company managed by good management till May 2025. Since the management has changed in the offshore and many senior employees had walked out, the company's culture and management has taken a negative turn. I'll Never recommend someone to join this company and screw up their career, health and peace of mind.

Thank you for sharing your opinion, but we strongly disagree with the statements made in this review. While leadership transitions did take place in May 2025, these were deliberate and strategic decisions designed to strengthen the company’s long-term direction and ensure operational stability. Suggesting that the management change “screwed up careers, health, and peace of mind” is an exaggeration and does not reflect the reality experienced by the majority of employees who continue to succeed and grow with Drut. Our leadership team remains focused on creating a professional, respectful, and performance-driven work environment. Employee well-being, career growth, and collaboration continue to be priorities, supported by structured reviews, recognition programs, and open communication channels. We reject the notion that employee voices are ignored — feedback is actively encouraged and addressed through formal mechanisms designed to drive meaningful improvements. Prospective employees should be assured that Drut remains a stable, growing, and forward-looking company. Isolated negative opinions do not define our culture or our commitment to providing an environment where talent, integrity, and innovation are valued.

Pros

As CEO and President of Drut Technologies, I take full responsibility for the negative reviews published after the summer of 2025. It is true that we implemented leadership and team changes in the spring of 2025, and I recognize that such transitions are never easy. Change often creates discomfort, and that is something I acknowledge and accept. Change is also a forge that hardens the organization. I also believe that as professionals, we have a responsibility to engage openly and address challenges directly rather than through anonymous criticism. Drut Technologies is not a toxic environment. My door has always been open, and I continue to welcome constructive dialogue from every employee. At the same time, we hold ourselves—and our teams—to clear expectations: software engineers write code, product development teams document work, manage programs, and validate customer experience, and all employees are expected to operate transparently with their colleagues. We also accept that not everyone wishes to participate in this culture of accountability and contribution. To those who have chosen new paths, I sincerely wish you success in your next endeavors. For anyone who wishes to have a direct and meaningful conversation about their experience, you know how to reach me. I genuinely look forward to those discussions, because they help me—and our company—continue to learn and improve.

Cons

We are a small global team playing in a huge market and the product we are building is complex and unique. It is not for the faint of heart who are look for an easy work-life balance with more emphasis on life.

Pros

Lot of open source technologies to explore, lot of opportunities to learn especially in data center related operations. Good work culture and career growth. Good Tech stack. Onsite opportunities - open for all.

Cons

Many employees who were under-performing, sided with previous management (in offshore and onshore) fired by Investors, did mass resignations and chose to leave the company even after the new management assured them no impact which caused temporary dent in the Company. Earlier management was incapable, indecisive, making false commitments to employees and clients, lot of partiality to a set of people, long running and pathetic status calls. Some of the employees decided to stay back, but some of them were still under the influence of old management wanted to stay in the company without any contributions and ultimately had to be terminated. However, with all the incapable people leaving, only Core Tech team left behind, no politics and no partiality, especially the new top management is very transparent,I see it as a positive sign. With new management, the calls are streamlined and focused, opening new opportunities to employees, information is freely accessible to everyone.
