Pros
Love the people. A lot of the work is really fun and rewarding, without the insane stakes or self-importance of big corporate agencies. I've grown my career and abilities here more than any other place i've worked. I'm super comfortable and have no desire to leave any time soon.
Cons
Somewhat disorganized internally -- sometimes it's refreshing but can also be pretty problematic. Some people here don't get the same opportunities as I did, which bothers me.
