The corporate team (accountants, payroll, IT, etc...) is very supportive.

Cons

Everyone except the property managers are paid hourly, including maintenance supervisors. That gives them crazy overtime potential especially during the busy season. property managers put in just as many hours as the maintenance supervisors, if not more, and don't get the extra pay.
