Pros
People are amazing. The culture is one where you can ping anyone in the organization and they will be willing to help you with whatever is needed. Since it's a smaller company, there are plenty of opportunities to grow in to areas that you want to develop in. If you are a self-starter and results-driven, you will shine. Fully remote culture is fantastic and allows flexibility of schedules (but can sometimes mean work is hard to turn off, as someone is always online!).
Cons
If you are not a self-starter and are looking for a prescriptive daily routine, this may not be for you. The company looks for "hungry owners" and it is usually pretty obvious who those people are.
