Pros
Dropsuite has a great culture, with lovely, smart and dedicated team members. The diversity (14 nationalities!) brings a great dynamic to the team and makes it an inspirational and fun environment. What I appreciate the most is that everyone is very helpful to each other, if it's either within or without someone's scope of work. That, in combination with the high level of expertise and ownership I see within the company, drives and motivates me. There is never a dull moment and I'm learning and enjoying working here every day.
Cons
We are a global company and a big part of our team is working fully remote. We do have physical offices in Singapore and Indonesia, but - as I'm a people person - I'm hoping to see more of my team members offline as well!
