      - Great culture kind people - Encouraged to take vacation - Leadership regularly polls employees on their feelings - hitting it's stride - Lots of growth, low churn - Lowest CX churn I have ever seen, most are promoted to marketing roles

      - little disorganized - had some bad hires, but I think it's resolved
