Pros

Professional Office Space in center city - everything within walking distance. Friendly team of driven individuals. Everyone is fairly creative and outgoing. Fun projects/products. Stress-free environment, great for learning a lot. Unique office hours give the team the chance to either sleep in a bit more or take care of morning activities with extra time (10am-6pm). Very fast paced. Young CEO is willing to take risks which normal companies traditionally wouldn't - he definitely knows what he's doing. There were mixed reviews for this company about a month after I joined, there were people on the team that seemed irreplaceable due to the amount of time they had been on the team, that were dragging everyone down and were mostly to blame for a lot of the negative reviews here. The CEO cleaned house in a lot of the departments and started hiring himself instead of relying on HR, this led to greater company morale and a much better/stronger company.

Cons

Parking at the center city office is tough, and garage parking is always expensive. The fact that it is a fairly new company means that you sometimes have to wear a few different hats, this is not particularly a terrible thing, just not for everyone.

Pros

I was a pilot for a week at this place. It is an awesome place to work if you want to hang out and have a good time until the money runs out and the company is crashed into the ground like one of their drones.

Cons

CEO/Founder is young and inexperienced. He was more interested in spending an angel investors money on a hot tub for the roof and having a private chef than running the company. He was a very arrogant person to the employees. In fact, everyone there were all young college kids who were interested in nothing more but partying and thinking that they had made it into the big leagues. They think they are better than everyone else (that is until the money runs out anyway) and flaunt their lifestyle and money. A lot of them are addicted to some drug or another (mainly adderral). I would steer clear if you are looking for a career that will grow.
