Most staff are friendly, helpful and down to earth. Management is not too bad at the Branch. The Managing Director is a very friendly person who tries to assist where possible.

Some of the Staff members should be sent for basic people skills as they think they are the best out of all staff members with attitudes to match. A couple of the staff members at other branches are not very helpful and when asked for assistance have such an attitude that you wish you never asked. The staff could be paid better as the salaries vary from branch to branch and our branch is very badly paid.
