Pros

Hyper transparency and great communication : information is shared with all employees, regardless of their team or position. It's highly appreciable, you get to know the big picture and get driven by the vision and key goals. Stand-ups and All hands are embedded in Drivy's Culture and it's great. Team : passionate about their work, it feels good to be surrounded by kindred minds and benevolent people Working conditions : good workplace autonomy and job control Atmosphere : the office is great, a nice rooftop with BBQ, two lovely office managers, brand new IT hardware, free food. Everything is made to feel good at office

Cons

No generalized equity package .

Pros

Great atmosphere at work / Very brilliant colleagues / The team is extremely diversified / Lots of interactions with the local offices / the Office Management team is very nice and makes a lot of effort to make everyone feel comfortable and happy at work / remote whenever you feel like it / opportunities to learn a lot

Cons

Hard (impossible) to move up internally / very important turnover and no visible reaction from the management / some internal communication issues / lot of strategic changes but not uncommon in a startup / almost no startup advantages: no gym subvention, no Comite d'entreprise, no RTT / low salary compared to similar startups / no generalised equity plan

Pros

Drivy is an awesome place to work. Super bright, inspiring, passionate teams who really care about providing the best service and product. Deeply customer-centric and product-centric. It is incredible to see how fast things are changing and evolving. Working at Drivy takes you out of your comfort zone. You will keep questioning and improving yourself, but always in a positive work atmosphere. You are given responsibilities from day 1 (no micro-management). You can bring up your own ideas and execute them. "Bonus" : free food, great offices in central Paris and a large terrace with BBQ during summer ;)

Cons

If you don’t trust yourself, no one will take you by the hand. But it’s part of the startup game ;)
