Pros

Just that it was a day job and not night.

Cons

Too much work. Management never appreciate the good work but complains on the work that's not done.

Pros

Core team at DrivoJoy is(was) extremely talented but everyone left now including their CTO/Co-founder (who was the only co-founder with some sense) .

Cons

The company is run like a grocery store and not like a company and no respect for people and treat them like slaves. CEO & COO doesn't trust anyone including their Ex-CTO ,they use to treat him like an employee and there were instances where he was scolded in front of everyone. There are no perks and the offer letter, equity promises are jokes since nothing is documented.You will be shocked with your in hand salary as it's totally different from what they claim as they misuse the concept of CTC and include all unwanted components in your salary. The overall CTC is also way below market standards. COO lacks experience and is totally useless. All he does is poke nose with his half knowledge in different verticals. Too much of micro management is all he know.

Pros

Product and service is good.

Cons

Work Culture is like not good. Employees are expected to work till 11 pm, if they are not not doing so, you will be labelled as someone who is not aligned with "vision" of DrivoJoy. Founders acts in a impulsive way, working is difficult with them. Ideas and Employees are not valued.
