Pros

The biggest pro of working at DrivingSales was, for me, my team members and colleagues. I loved the folks I worked with on a daily basis, and especially my manager. It can also be a very fun, casual environment, and there are things like potlucks and lots of fun holiday stuff. The people working at this company make it a really amazing and fun place to work for the most part. As far as my work, I had the opportunity to work on a lot of different kinds of projects and with different kinds of people. I learned a lot working there, and I never felt wiped out or overworked. Sometimes we dealt with tight deadlines, but we managed. I felt highly valued by my manager, and by my team members.

Cons

This company is going through a lot of growing pains, some of which end up affecting the employees negatively. As of the time I left, there was no process for raises or bonuses, even though some of my coworkers had bonuses written in to their contracts. And because of the way that senior management operates, I know people waited months, up to a year, after asking for a raise, had to threaten to quit, or even get job offers and be walking out the door before they would get raises that they deserved. There also tends to be a lot of workplace gossip, again, because management is not transparent with people, and so things trickle down and make their way through the company through gossip.

Pros

1. Well respected brand in the automotive industry that is admired by vendors and dealers alike. 2. Leadership genuinely cares about their target customer 'car dealerships' 3. Some amazing/fun people work at the company and will happily invite you to their potlucks and ping pong tournaments. 4. Opportunity to travel and work at some upscale industry events (Miami, NYC, Las Vegas etc) 5. Generally flexible PTO policy and work-life balance. 6. Opportunity to get educated on various aspects of a SAAS business. The entire company gets exposed to product development, customer support, sales and marketing etc.

Cons

1. Some people thrive and enjoy the office and culture while others struggle with it (each case is unique). 2. A segment of the employees come from the auto dealership world and the expectations and culture are somewhat impacted by it. 3. An insistence on process adherence may not be everyone's cup of tea. 4. Benefits aren't stellar.
