      DCC is Family Oriented Company. After DCC hired me my whole life Change. God Bless to DCC. DCC work never Bossy. Employee has to work by own time management with patience. Anyplace we stuck in Work DCC head office help 24hrs and 365Days.DCC Family working very hard and amazing Team Work.Specially for Pay Excellent.I love to work DCC.

      Remote work and work/life balance

      Cons

      Unqualified upper management, terrible pay, vacation, benefits, company culture. Everything is at bare minimum This company also will not invest in your growth and career. It may have been a family tight-knit company in the past but it’s not that now. Very cold, heartless and corporate.

      Under market salary, low benefits, low morale. Can’t survive if no it on boys (or viper’s club).
