Pros
Decent facilities and great uppermost management recently been acquired by new owners who are trying hard but it may be too far gone already
Cons
Not enough work. Have to quit and return for them to see your value. Vacation pay is always an issue. Constantly changing store level managers. Whole company is very reactive versus proactive.
