Pros
Great mixture of people - I come into contact with people from different backgrounds, experiences, cultures and am always learning. Company wants to be better and is continuously improving Support for mental health and wellbeing
Cons
Although the company has a lot of female employees, I think we need to see more women in senior positions. Management want to continually improve, but this moves too slowly.
