Pros

The people are what make Driven Local as great as it is. They are incredible to work with and are some of the most talented, motivated and caring individuals I have ever met. The culture is fun, laid back, and as long as you do your work and contribute to the team you will be greatly appreciated and rewarded. There are a ton of perks: Flexible Hours Competitive Pay Paid Holidays and Vacation Days Company-Sponsored Health, Dental, Vision 401k w/match Free Snacks/Drinks/Coffee Routine Company Outings Large Opportunity for Growth Brand New HQ in Islandia (w/ On-Site Cafeteria, On-Site Private Fitness Club, Rec Room, etc.) Driven Local truly cares about their employees as much as they do their customers and it shows. It is a great place to work with great people.

Cons

There is always room for improvement. However, as we continue to grow I am confident we have the talent necessary to continue being successful as a company.

Pros

I've been working in the industry for 5+ years, and I've held positions at various companies/agencies. Driven Local is by far the best place I've ever worked. The company culture is top notch, from flexible hours and early Fridays to massage chairs and virtual reality gear. Upper management not only listens to feedback, but also implements changes accordingly. I've never once felt like my voice wasn't heard -- something that's truly unique, especially within a growing business. There's also a clear career path, no matter what department you enter, so all employees have something bigger and better to work toward.

Cons

The company is relatively new; there are some kinks that still need to be worked out. While some people might find this as a setback, I disagree. If you have a vision and express it, you can make a real impact on your job, your department and the company as a whole.
