The commute was very close to home

The compensation for 45 hrs per week salary works out to $12.55 per hour, which is absurd for an accountant with a Bachelor's degree required.

Thank you for sharing. We encourage all feedback: the good, the bad and the ugly. We place a very high value on the happiness of our team. And while there are many critical factors, compensation is an important component of job satisfaction. We take compensation very seriously and consider it our responsibility to ensure we're always offering competitive, well-rounded compensation packages at every level, with lots of room for growth. That being said, we've learned that the Entry Level Bookkeeper/Data Entry Specialist is not the right role for our team at this stage, regardless of the educational and experience background. - Fair and honest management - Team cares about its clients - Management is selective on choosing clients that are a cultural fit to DI - Continuous process improvement to help aid in professional growth and support day to day functions

Cons

- Interview process is difficult and timely, but this shows how much they care about selecting good employees
