6yThank you for sharing. We encourage all feedback: the good, the bad and the ugly. We place a very high value on the happiness of our team. And while there are many critical factors, compensation is an important component of job satisfaction. We take compensation very seriously and consider it our responsibility to ensure we're always offering competitive, well-rounded compensation packages at every level, with lots of room for growth. That being said, we've learned that the Entry Level Bookkeeper/Data Entry Specialist is not the right role for our team at this stage, regardless of the educational and experience background.
