Pros

Remote work and the company is intentional about making sure we're all connected and have scheduled times throughout the month where we can have fun and get to know each other better. We have opportunities to learn new skills. Meetings with immediate supervisor happen once a week so any concerns can be addressed right away. Peer recognition awards are given out each month based on all employees' input and other opportunities are provided for individual shoutouts in weekly all team meetings.

Cons

The first couple of weeks each month can be stressful, with long days, as we're closing out the previous month for all clients.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are so pleased you value our culture so much, you’re an important part of it! You’re right that we’re not immune from the typical monthly close push early each month, but we’re optimistic that continued investment in automation will incrementally improve the team experience over time. We also appreciate your advice, we couldn’t agree more about the importance of continuing learning opportunities. I hope you’ve enjoyed the addition of the semi-monthly DI Growth Labs. We are scheduled to introduce some additional recurring professional development sessions early this fall which I’m confident will further demonstrate our commitment to your growth. Thanks again! - Dave Robinson, Managing Partner
