As a Sales Executive, I'm given all the tools and resources I need to succeed. I've been able to produce amazing results because the prospects I reach out to love our product and they are blown away by how much better it is compared to our competitors. Mgmt is also great and is always willing to help and cheer you on.

The only con is start-up life. It can be challenging to increase brand recognition in a hyper-competitive market.

I met our CEO, Albert before DrivenIQ existed. I watched him hand pick the best of the best from his Rolodex from the past. One by one departments formed. Like any startup, there were hurdles we had to overcome together and Albert consistently came out on top with solutions and guided us through our growth strategy and his vision for the future. From the top down, we have an amazing group of the brightest and most determined bunch of like minded Individuals I’ve ever worked with. Big big things ahead for this company and I’m lucky to have been selected to join the DrivenIQ family!

Like any start up, challenges will exist. If you’re not a roll with the punches, bigger picture, team player then I don’t suggest coming aboard. But if you’re looking for a massive growth opportunity then you’re probably in the right environment!
