The high client churn rate is a clear illustration that the clients are not a priority. The lack of team morale is blatantly obvious to clients and leaders alike, yet leadership has done nothing to even attempt to improve. Leadership claims they are supportive of the employees, yet below-market pay, multiple unkept promises, and regression in stability make this org an absolutely terrible company to work for.
