Pros
You get to make a positive, lifelong impact on teenagers and adults in the community. The company teaches you everything you need to know for lessons. Relatively small amount of cleaning/maintenance work. Generally good workplace environment! Professional, courteous, and friendly. Most parent/student complaints go to management instead of straight to you. Management filters complaints to find constructive criticism to help you succeed.
Cons
Your shift will probably never end on time. Paperwork can take time to get used to. Your breaks won't happen, and your lunch won't be actually thirty minutes unless you get lucky or short students. You will have to deal with exhausting students and worse parents. Schedule varies, but you'll have to work evenings and at least one weekend day a week. Somewhat more concerned with making lessons than employee safety/security. Have been sent out in vehicles with faulty equipment (front and rear-facing dash cams that don't work).
