Pros

I really like the clients and staff. The people are very down to earth. I started out in entry level position. With a lot of hard work and care, I was able to grow here. I found the ownership and the management team genuinely care about their clients and employees. They listen, treat people with kindness and respect, and will help facilitate you so that you can do your job. That’s what happened with me. They allow you to do your job (they don’t get in the way). I’ve found they are open to ideas and input on how to continually improve the processes and services. The company really helps people quite a lot. There is a very loyal client base. And lastly, most of the staff really truly enjoy the job they have. Through time I came to really love my job.

Cons

They teach people to balance work and home so they don’t let you work excessive hours. One additional thing. Bagel day happens only once a month and I happen to like bagels. So I want them more often!

Pros

Have been working with this company since 1997 as a client and an employee since 2007. The culture of care toward clients and employees is beyond words. This company changes lives. That is said in a lot of places but it starts from the core values from the CEO throughout the whole staff. I feel privileged to be a part of this team.

Cons

There are no cons that I have run across.

Pros

Offered very competitive salary, remote work, very encouraging/affirmational atmosphere.

Cons

Dishonest / cagey employee feedback. Feedback does not match employer's actions. Refers to new company goals as "games," which is weird. Lies about preferences, employee performance ratings. Dangles carrots galore but no follow-though. Too many meetings. Initiative, contribution, communication, speed of project completion loudly & constantly celebrated, then listed as reasons for termination?? Management is not all on the same page internally. Company is trying to grow too fast and is subsequently disorganized and chasing its tail. Since most employees don't come from automotive background, company lacks established authority to provide guidance & advice, let alone for $35,000/membership. Trying to CREATE a niche/need where there hasn't been one, and fit square pegs into round holes. Can't conduct all business solely via zoom & phone. Not much room for promotion or advancement. Employee dissatisfaction with confusing, haphazard, incomplete product roll-outs.
