Pros
The members are amazing and you will feel idolized and valued by all of the members who take your classes. If you have a high retention rate with your clients you will commission here and there every few months.
Cons
They make it really hard to earn a raise, the hours are grueling if you want to make decent money, and the percentage you make per hour/personal training session with your client is about 1/3rd of what Drive makes you charge your client per personal training session.
